Former Fender Custom Shop Master Builder, Chris Fleming, has taken his previous design for the Classic Player Baja Telecaster and upgraded it with full-on 1960s features and vibe, including a maple fingerboard and a comfortable ’60s “C”-shaped neck profile. A departure from the typical Tele ash body, this electric guitar’s alder body gives you a fuller, warmer sound while retaining all the sustain and cutting mids. When you plug in, you can expect a vintage-tinged, warm and edgy twang to leap out of your amp, thanks to a combination of ’58 and ’52 American Vintage single-coil pickups.
